Shipping Policy

Shipping Time Estimates:

Europe: 5–10 business days
USA/Canada: 7–15 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note: Times may vary depending on your location and local customs.

1. Shipping Provider

Orders are fulfilled by third-party production partners via Printify. Shipping carriers depend on your location and the selected print provider.

2. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking to become active.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your size before ordering.

We only accept returns if:

Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from the description.

If that happens, please email us at [your-email@example.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

Photos of the item
Order number
Brief description of the issue

Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund.

👕 Size Issues

We do not offer free replacements or returns for items ordered in the wrong size. Please refer to our size charts before placing an order.

🌍 Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
